Experienced tourism professional with over 30 years in the industry including in travel trade- and hospitality business. She has several years of senior leadership experience in sales, marketing, and revenue management at Kempinski Hotel Corvinus, Radisson Blu Béke and H World International, and in hotel management as Deputy General Manager at Radisson Blu Béke in Budapest. Her key responsibilities were overseeing the complete renovation of the property, implementing the renewed BLU brand standard, developing the hotel team, and repositioning the hotel in the market.  

As Senior Regional Manager Sales for Eastern Europe at Steigenberger Hotel GmbH / H-World International, she was responsible for the successful positioning, opening and business development of the first sustainable, four-star hotel in Hungary, the IntercityHotel Budapest in 2021 and the Zleep Hotel Prague in 2023. Her personal objective is to ensure that environmental efforts of clients, guests, partnerships, and hotel operations go hand in hand — with realistic, achievable goals and measures that support long-term sustainability.  

Krisztina has also been a part-time lecturer in hotel management at the Budapest University of Economics and Business for several years.
