Dr. Natalia Agrel is a Professor of Management at Institut Lyfe (Institut Paul Bocuse) in Lyon, France. She spent over 10 years in the event and business travel industry, providing consultancy to both the public sector and private businesses on strategic planning, positioning, and branding of destinations, as well as meeting and hospitality facilities worldwide. After earning her PhD in Strategy, she has focused her research on events, investigating how they shape destinations, trends, industries, and institutions.
